Both licensed agents in West Virginia, Brad and Cathy joined Touchstone Realty in 2011. Their connection to their home state, especially the Eastern Panhandle, goes deep. Born and raised in Martinsburg, the two have chosen to spend their lives here. This lifelong commitment gives them a personal experience to share with their clients. Their knowledge of the Eastern Panhandle through working and living here keeps them a step ahead of others in the business. By uniquely working as a team, the duo delivers comprehensive knowledge on all aspects of this area as well as provides one-on-one service their clients deserve.

Previous experience as local business owners allows Brad and Cathy to provide you with unmatched professional service. Before joining Touchstone, Brad spent 30 years in the high-volume restaurant business. In addition, he spent 15 of those years selling manufactured and modular housing and operating nearly two dozen rental properties. He has been a real estate professional since 2003.

Cathy has been in the real estate business since 2009 as well as being employed with the Internal Revenue Service for 27 years. Rounding out her professional career, she was the owner and operator of Classic Chocolates and Panhandle Gift and Floral, small businesses in Martinsburg.
